Jelly Bean Cupcakes

Thursday was Ethan’s last day at school before Spring Break, and with his birthday being on Sunday (yes he was an april fools day baby) we decided to have him make cupcakes to bring in for his class!
Serena and Ethan made the cupcakes the night before, so the would have plenty of time to cool before frosting them. We took the easy route and used a premixed box. Ethan cracked all the eggs himself, he is doing great with helping in the kitchen.
She started stirring and then let Ethan finish.

Of course she let him lick the whisk when they were done!

He used a measuring cup to fill the cupcake tins.
He decided to top the cupcakes with jelly beans, and very carefully placed each one.
