1 can creamed corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 large baking potatoes peeled and cubed
1 package of smokey links
Cube potatoes and boil in water for 5 min then drain the water. Cut smokey links into small pieces about 3 or 4 pieces per smokie. Mix all of the ingredients together making sure to put the whole can of creamed corn and not to drain the juice, then bake at 350′ for about an hour.
When we make this, I end up making a triple batch of the casserole and freezing half of it for dinner another night, we usually add a bread and fruit to our meal as well.
