Leaf Project For Kids Last month while there was lots and lots of leaf raking I took a week to have the boys study leaves. We found leaves outside and decided to do a few leaf project for kids. We did leaf crafts, leaf rubbings, we preserved the leaves in wax paper, and of course learned why they were all falling off of the trees. Apple Unit Study For Kids We went to the Pumpkin Patch just before Halloween and picked up a few pecks of apples, so we have been busy away at making a bunch of different apple recipes and doing lots of apple learning for science. Fall Sensory Bin ~ Tractor Rice Sifting I have seen lots of great ideas for rice sifting from blogs and got some inspiration of my own with things I had around the house to make a new fall sensory bin.
