I really feel strongly about my kids eating healthy breakfast ideas in the morning. I have multiple kids that work about 30 hours a week plus 4 of them work out in the gym multiple days a week. To keep up their strength and keep them from getting sick, healthy breakfast ideas are a MUST!! Since I don’t often have time to make breakfast for them I love finding breakfast ideas that can be made ahead of time even better when they can be put into the freezer and pulled out the night before.
This list of 50 healthy breakfast ideas is perfect for making ahead of time. They are also great to bring with you on day trips, sports outings. We pack the amount we will need right in a gallon size ziplock bag and give the kids some for a snacks when they get hungry too. It’s much healthier then offering many of the prepackaged snacks that are out there, plus most of these would freeze good so they can just be pulled out of the freezer the night before and the will be good to go the next day when you need them.
