These BBQ Potato Wedges literally make one of the best side dishes, ever. Not only do they have an awesome flavor, but they’re the perfect size to just pick up and munch on without a care in the world. While you can easily make this up to pair up with any type of dish that you won’t, don’t forget that they’re great on their own, too.

The beauty of potato wedges is that they’re big enough to stand on their own but they’re easy to pair up with chicken, steak, or pork as well. Just make certain that you have the perfect dipping sauce on hand to enjoy!

Don’t let the name of this recipe fool you. The flavor of these potato wedges is BBQ but that doesn’t mean you have to eat these at a BBQ. (although you totally can if you want!) Since the prep time is minimal for this simple dish, there’s no reason why you can’t have this at the next family dinner. They really are quite delicious and a breeze to whip up.
