Wowzers, this Blueberry Cobbler recipe is so good! During the summer months, my tastebuds tend to crave fresh fruit and veggies so what better way to give them a treat than by whipping up this delicious dessert full of fresh blueberries?

I’m a huge fan of cobblers because I really just like the texture of the crust. It’s one of those dishes that doesn’t have to look quite perfect but results in perfect taste, each and every time.

And I think we can all agree that there’s just something so awesome about fresh blueberries. I’ll buy blueberries during the off-season at the store but when they’re in season…that flavor is just too good to miss!

Since this simple cobbler recipe literally only takes 7 ingredients to make, it just might be one of the easiest dessert recipes you can do. I also love that if you’re craving a different taste, you can easily just switch out the fruit and have a whole other fruit cobbler as well. We’ve used strawberries for this same recipe before and it’s so good!

Cobbler is always good on its own but topping it with homemade ice cream or a dollop of fresh whipped cream will take the flavor, and presentation, over the top.

Make certain that you try our Homemade Ice Cream recipe and pair it up with this dish! They’re the perfect match to cute any sweet tooth!
