Have you ever made a side dish recipe and thought that it stole the whole show? This is exactly how I feel about these Cheesy Zucchini Breadsticks. They’re delicious, simple, and a great way to get the kids to eat more veggies. This is one of my favorite go-to recipes during the summer months when I can grab the zucchini’s from the garden, too!
With just 7 simple ingredients needed, there’s no reason that you can’t make these up quickly. I love that they have a nice texture to them that really does remind me of breadsticks. (And if you don’t want to tell the kids that they’re loaded with zucchini, don’t and see what happens!)
Be certain to pair this zucchini recipe up with our Crock-Pot Lasagna for a delicious and hearty meal!

I love this simple recipe because it’s healthy and still delicious. I’m a firm believer in the fact that you don’t have to give up taste just to get something healthy in your tummy. I’ve made this recipe literally a zillion times and the kids really love it. (and I’m known to add on even MORE cheese because…why not?)
The key to this recipe is the cheese and mixing of the ingredients. In my opinion, it’s never really possible to have too much cheese and I think that the kids agree. You can have this be the perfect side dish or a great appetizer to get everyone geared up and ready for dinner.
And if you’re lucky enough to have any leftovers, these store and heat up nicely, too! Just be ready to be staring at an empty pan because these are going to be gobbled up fast!
