Let me just start off by saying that my kids go crazy for these Cranberry Oatmeal Granola Bars. And honestly, I do too because they are so crazy simple. Anytime I can make something delicious in a short amount of time, that’s a true win on my book.

There are few recipes that are a slam dunk in our house, but this is one of them. From start to finish, the entire process takes mere minutes and the longest part of the recipe is actually just waiting for them to harden up to cut.

With 5 simple and delicious ingredients being all you need for this recipe, you’ll fall in love with it as well. Perfect for breakfast, snacks or as a great food item to send for school lunch, you just can’t go wrong making up these homemade granola bars.

You can even add in a few other ingredients if you’d like such as slivered almonds to get it even more of a protein kick. My household really likes the peanut butter addition so I’ve never really altered it any more than that.
