This recipe is fun to make because it feeds a crowd and there is even some leftover for later! The kids love to add their own toppings to this chicken recipe like parmesan cheese and even some shredded mozzarella. I love to add on slivered almonds and some fresh cilantro for a fun pop of flavor, too.
