  • 1 lb Red Potatoes cut into about 2 1/2″ chunks
  • 1 small head Cabbage chopped into pieces or 3/4 of a bag of shredded cabbage from Trader Joes
  • 1 Cup Pinto beans drained and rinsed

NOTE: By cutting your kielbasa and vegetables a bit bigger, they won’t come out so mushy in the end.

3. Add in your garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for about 1 minute making sure to stir them good.

4. Next add in the broth, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper. Then Stir.

5. Add your kielbasa back into the pot.

6. Finally, add potatoes, cabbage, and beans. Stir to combine.

7. Place the lid on the pot. Cancel the Sauté function. Set the time to 4 minutes with high pressure. It will take a few minutes for the pressure to build up and the timer to start counting down.

8. When the timer goes off, let the pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. One the 10 minutes is done you can carefully release the pressure. When the pin in the lid drops. Open and stir the soup.
