
And while the flavor is enough to keep this recipe as a favorite in our household, I absolutely love the fact that it takes only 4 ingredients to make it. No added sugars…nothing. The only sweetness if from the flavors of the fruit! Seriously, can this recipe get any better?
The short answer? Yes, it can…it literally takes minutes to make! When your children are complaining that they are starving and needing something to eat, this Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl is perfect for their hunger pains!
They’ll love the refreshing taste, the fruity flavors and the fact that they didn’t have to wait very long at all to have some good and healthy food in their tummies!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
- 1 (5.3 ounce) container vanilla Greek yogurt (or about 1/2 cup) Frozen
- 1/2 cup milk
Toppings:
- Fresh mango pieces
- Kiwi Slices
- Banana Slices
- Coconut flakes

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large blender or food processor.
- Blend/process until smooth.
- Pour into bowl, and top with toppings.
- Serve cold, immediately.
More toppings for your smoothie bowl include chia seeds, almonds, pecans, dried fruit, or other fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple.

- To make the smoothie bowl thick, more like soft serve ice cream consistency and easier to eat with a spoon, be sure to freeze the yogurt, as well.
