It’s almost fall, y’all! And you know what that means. It’s time for the flavors of pumpkin to emerge. These Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins not only taste like fall should but they’re moist and the perfect individual snack, too.
While these muffins are “technically” for breakfast, they’re sweet enough to pass as a dessert as well. The cheesecake portion of this recipe makes them teeter the line between breakfast and after-dinner treats.

I’m a huge fan of muffins. Not only can you meal plan and make them ahead of time, ready and waiting to enjoy, but you can also freeze them so that they’re easy to thaw out and eat as well.
Most people tend to crave that pumpkin flavor once the cooler months of the year hit but when you freeze them, this just means that you can enjoy them at all times of the year without worry.
The added cheesecake makes for a truly creamy bite and mixture that really does make these muffins out of this world good.
I’ve found that these pumpkin muffins really don’t need anything added on top but the kids love to sprinkle on some extra powdered sugar or even a delicious maple glaze. You do what you want to do to enjoy your pumpkin cheesecake muffin any which way that you want!
