Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Are you a fan of all things cheese and pasta? These Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells are the best! Find out how to make this simple stuffed shell recipe to fuel your body and energy for the day.

Don’t be fooled by this recipe. A couple of these giant stuffed shells are going to be more than enough! They’re large and stuffed full of goodness and one meal that you don’t want to miss out on.

My kids LOVE when I make this recipe because they’re just so much fun to eat. Pair this simple shell recipe up with a simple side salad or steamed veggie and you’ve got a well-rounded meal.

This recipe has loads of cheese. LOADS. And in my opinion, you can never have too much cheese. This simple cheese and shell recipe just might replace that boxed macaroni that the kids always seem to ask for. (and it should – this recipe is so good!)

If you happen to have your own homemade tomato sauce, that can really take the flavor of this dish over the top! I also love that this recipe has baby spinach because it helps to get some extra veggies into the tummies of the kids.

Don’t forget to top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and even more cheese as well. More cheese is always a good answer!
