Trying to fit in fun, memorable, hands on science ideas is something I am always looking to do in our homeschool. If there is 1 thing that I have learned over our 12 years of homeschooling our kids, its that kids learn best by doing hands on projects instead of just reading something out of a boring ol’ science book. Unfortunately science was never my strong suits in school, so coming up with the ideas on my own doesn’t work so well. That’s one of the reasons we are loving  STEAM Kids!!

They have put together over 50 different STEAM Activities for kids in this amazing resource for parents, just like me. Not only are they offering the STEAM Kids book for a very low price, but if you order anytime in the next week you will also get STEAM Kids Halloween for FREE with your purchase!!

STEAM Kids Halloween includes 50+ pages of different fun STEAM activities for kids all Halloween themed.

You can only get this extra resource for the next week though September 14-21, after that it is gone, so don’t delay.

STEAM Kids is a book that will inspire children to:

question like a scientist
design like a technologist
build like an engineer
create like an artist
deduce like a mathematician

– and, most importantly –

play like a kid.”

I will be sharing some of the fun projects that we have done in our homeschool from these books over the next couple weeks. Until then, I will share an overview of the book and some of the fun projects we will be sharing soon.

There are fun learning projects for every kid in these books. The book is full of bright beautifully colored images. All of the instructions are very easy to read and follow, and they include a difficulty raiting along with a estimated time. This makes choosing a project very easy for whatever amount of time you have to spend on the projects.

Some of our favorite activities from the STEAM Kids book are circuit bugs, toy car marker bot, craft stick catapult, pendulum painting.

Some of the fun activities from the Halloween book we will be sharing this week are fizzing pumpkin treasure rocks, spider web science, and building with candy pumpkins.

The books are not only filled with fun STEAM activities for kids but they also have a ton of extra resources in them as well. You will find 50 more project extensions, STEAM Field trip ideas, 10 weeks of projects with materials listed, a STEAM Journal for kids to record their findings and experiments and so much more.

You have 2 different options for purchasing the STEAM kids book.
