Cranberry Oatmeal Granola Bars

  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 Cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 TBS chia seeds


  • In a medium saucepan, combine oats peanut butter, and honey.
  • Stir over medium heat until peanut butter and honey is melted and well combined.
  • Turn heat off then add in chia seeds, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  • Press into an 8x8 in baking dish.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour, and cut into 12 bars.
