Hibachi Chicken

  • 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small Zucchini sliced
  • ½ Yellow Onion diced
  • 8 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 8 TBS Sesame Oil
  • 8 TBS Miran
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 2 TBS Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Slice chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
  • In a skillet, place half of the garlic, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and half the sesame oil. Saute on high heat until vegetables have softened a bit or onions are translucent. 

  • Add in the mushrooms, half of the Miran, and the butter. Saute for another couple of minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet (without the vegetables), add the chicken, the rest of the sesame oil, and the other half of the garlic. Saute chicken for a couple of minutes on high heat then add the rest of the butter, Miran, and soy sauce. Saute for a few more minutes then remove from heat. 
  • Mix the vegetables and chicken together and serve over rice.
