Slice chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
In a skillet, place half of the garlic, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and half the sesame oil. Saute on high heat until vegetables have softened a bit or onions are translucent.
Add in the mushrooms, half of the Miran, and the butter. Saute for another couple of minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet (without the vegetables), add the chicken, the rest of the sesame oil, and the other half of the garlic. Saute chicken for a couple of minutes on high heat then add the rest of the butter, Miran, and soy sauce. Saute for a few more minutes then remove from heat.
Mix the vegetables and chicken together and serve over rice.
