Strawberry Pretzel Salad In A Jar

  • 1 ΒΌ cups pretzels crushed
  • 2 TBS powdered sugar
  • 4 TBS butter melted
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed
  • 1 6oz package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pound strawberries


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, combine the chopped pretzels, powdered sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar. Place the jars in a small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Remove the jars from the oven and allow to cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture in an even layer over the top of the crust in each jar.
  • Combine the boiling water and gelatin and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool for around five minutes, then stir in the chopped strawberries.
  • Pour the mixture into each jar until the jar is full. Place the lids on the jars and refrigerate for at least four hours, until the gelatin is set.
