Blueberry Cobbler

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar divided
  • 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups blueberries


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8x10 baking dish by greasing with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the butter and stir to combine.
  • Whisk in the milk until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Add the blueberries over the top of the batter and sprinkle the sugar over the top of the cake.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for one hour, until the cake is set in the center and a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
